DELIVERY and RETURNS
DELIVERY
We process and send orders during our business hours; Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, UK time.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Within the UK: Free – 1-2 working days.
Europe: £10 – 2-4 working days.
US & Canada: £25 – 5-7 working days.
Import duties not included.
Rest of the World: £25 – 5-7 working days.
Import duties not included.
We ship to one address per order.
For multiple addresses, please input a separate order per destination.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
An adult signature will be required upon delivery of goods.
Please note that when you order from Anthony Stoker you agree to pay all relevant import duties, customs or local taxes for that country, separately and in addition to the purchase & delivery price.
RETURNS
Please e-mail info@anthonystoker.com to notify us of your intention to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please also note;
The product must be unmarked, unused & in their original condition, with original, complete and undamaged packaging, including silk wrap/scarf, cards & extra heel tips.
The product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
(The product can only be returned from the original shipping country.)
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure that the Anthony Stoker shoe box is protected from damage by using an outer shipping box/carton.
We recommend that you send returns by a secure, trackable service and that requires a signature.
We are not responsible for goods that go missing or fail to arrive at our premises.
Anthony Stoker reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Please note that before your order is shipped, we take the time to check it personally.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
Upon receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return.
This may take up to 3 working days from being received.
The refund will be issued after the return has been accepted; directly to the Credit / Debit Card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
We cannot refund any custom or import charges.
